WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS?

• A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 70 days (10 weeks) prior to your arrival.
• A £400 refundable damage deposit will be automatically refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no damages.

We accept payments by credit or debit card.
Note: If you book via VRBO, a service fee will apply, which we cannot waive. To avoid these fees, you can book directly through our secure booking portal.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

• Deposit payments: Non-refundable.
• Cancellations after full payment: 100% of the booking cost is forfeited if canceled prior to arrival.
• Early departure or no-show: No refunds will be issued.
• Owner-initiated cancellations (excluding Force Majeure): A full refund will be issued.

We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

DO YOU REQUIRE A BREAKAGE DEPOSIT?

Yes, a refundable £250 breakage deposit is required. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided no damages are reported.

WHAT IS THE VILLA'S MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY?

The villa accommodates a maximum of two (2) adults as per our insurance and licensing regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction without refund.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL?

• Mid-week cleaning (in addition to the changeover clean). Additional cleans available upon request.
• Fresh bed linens and towels (including pool towels).
• Electricity, water, air-conditioning, and heating.
• A welcome basket featuring Kefalonian specialties like olive oil and honey.
• Starter kit: Dishwashing tablets, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet rolls.
• Emergency call-out service for maintenance.
• Hairdryer for guest use.

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?

Yes, Villa Eros is equipped with wireless high-speed broadband.
However, due to our rural location, service may occasionally be erratic. If issues arise, Skala Town offers free Wi-Fi as a backup option. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any outages.

WHAT TV CHANNELS ARE PROVIDED?

The villa includes a 4K smart TV with:

• Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube.
• European/Greek Satellite TV (English and US channels may vary).

As TV service depends on internet availability, occasional interruptions are possible.

DO YOU HAVE A SMOKING POLICY?

Villa Eros is a smoke-free and vape-free zone indoors. Smoking or vaping is permitted on the patio; please dispose of materials responsibly.
